Galvanized razor wire is generally applied on top of existing fences or walls to upgrade the perimeter security. Alternatively, several rows of razor wire will be solely laid around the area for defense, functioning as razor wire fencing. Defensive levels vary based on different blade types. For instance, BTO 20 and BTO 30 blade is usually for medium protection, while BTO 60 and CBT 65 for high security.

Prior to purchase, our client raised some concerns regarding the galvanized razor wire.
1 Galvanization Thickness: Is the zinc coating thick enough to prevent rust? Clients often worry about corrosion, especially in humid or coastal climates.
2 Material Strength: Is the core wire strong enough (usually 0.5–0.6mm for BTO-22) to resist cutting or tampering?
3 Longevity: Will the product last 5–10 years without rusting or losing sharpness?

Galvanized razor wire is supplied in compact coils, making it much easier to package and transport compared to fence products. Each coil is carefully wrapped in waterproof paper and wear-resistant woven bags, ensuring the product remains protected from the elements and safe to handle upon arrival.
