Our client, top 3 powerful wholesaler of construction materials in the US, supplies a wide spectrum of products, mainly including various metal fences, bollards, and other structural metal parts throughout the local market. He makes regular procurement each quarter to ensure a steady supply to his clients. Of course, project bidding is also on his list if there is an opportunity.
Our cooperation didn’t begin with this order, but this is his first time ordering the welded fence panels from us. And the 380 panels are just a trial order. For our client, this batch of goods helped him achieve two objectives: One, checking the quality of our welded fences; Two, testing this fence’s acceptance in the local market.
Throughout the communication, our client didn’t put up with worries about the welding effect but expressed extra concerns about the wire diameter, coating powder quality, and the packaging method. With that being considered, our QC team paid more attention to the quality inspection, and the production department designed and made special three-dimensional metal pallets because our client didn’t like the traditional fixing method by bundle. Packaging of this batch of goods didn’t come easily because our client brought up with special requests for the loading, that is, not fixing panels to the container by bundles. So after several rounds of discussion, we specially made the vertical metal pallets to hold the panels and welded square tubes between pallets as the racket support. You may get the vivid effect from the photos below.
