The construction of a power plant involves numerous hazards, from heavy machinery to hazardous materials. The galvanized chain link fence provides a robust barrier that helps keep unauthorized personnel out of potentially dangerous areas. This is particularly important when dealing with high-voltage equipment, which poses significant safety risks if accessed by untrained individuals. By restricting access, chain link fencing protects both workers on-site and the surrounding community.
Moreover, the security of construction sites is paramount, as they are often targets for theft and vandalism. Valuable equipment, materials, and tools can attract unwanted attention. Chain link fencing acts as a physical deterrent, making it less likely for intruders to breach the perimeter and compromise the safety of the site.
Our customer ordered this batch of galvanized chain link fences and matched barbed wires for several large power plant projects. In the following part, you will see many details about product specifications, quality inspection, and loading related to the order.

The chain link fence is made from galfan wire with a zinc coating mass of over 300g/m2. The special wire material and extra zinc coating treatment make chain link rolls durable and corrosion-resistant. To ensure a long lifetime of chain link fences, we applied zinc coating treatment to all accessories as well.
Chain link fencing is relatively easy to install. Different gates and access points can be integrated into the design, allowing for controlled entry and exit without compromising security. This flexibility is particularly useful in large-scale projects like power plants, where various areas need to be accessed by different teams and equipment.
Even though chain link fencing can provide basic protection to valuable equipment in the power plant, it’s still necessary to increase the protection level to an upper grade if you don’t expect any loss in the future. Keeping that in mind, our customer ordered barbed wires to install them on top of the fence panels for higher security.
We have always been looking for a sustainable and bilaterally beneficial business relationship with all customers. We take this as the main principle and prioritize all the related work, the most important of which is the quality.
We perform strict quality inspections from wire thickness to panel size, from tensile strength to zinc content, only hoping to deliver qualified goods to our customers.
Both chain link fences and razor wires are inspected thoroughly before final packaging. Our responsible QC team will never let even a piece of defective item run out of the rigorous quality check. Browse the photos below and better understand what we’ve done for our customers.
Besides chain link mesh rolls, there are matched accessories and barbed wires in the same container, so classified packaging is quite necessary. We packed mesh panels, posts, clamps, and barbed wires respectively.
Here are photos we took while loading products. Basically, we always take photos actively to keep a record for both the customers and ourselves. Customers will get the latest order progress via these photos, while for us, they are a live record of product quantities.
