To address these issues, we stressed the polishing process, making sure each fence panel is smooth. We also inspected the performance of the spring by physical tests. We even selected several carton suppliers and asked for samples to finally decide whose carton is more suitable for our customer.

We conducted a series of quality inspections to make sure cage fences meet our customers’ requirements. Main checks include the length and width of fence panels, their mesh holes, the length of the spring, the wire diameter of the round bar, etc. You may find the related pictures below, which we took during the inspection.
When all fence panels, round bars, springs and flyers are ready, we put them into the customized carton by set and finally seal the box with tape. After that, we put the cartons into wooden pallets for loading. Since this type of product will be sold in retail directly to the end users, we paid more attention to the packaging, only hoping each consumer will be satisfied with what he /she receives.
